Direct embroidery onto garments, hats & bags
Ideal for uniforms, sports clubs, schools/colleges and team wear
How does it work?
We take your logo/design and have it converted into a file that can be read by our Embroidery machines software.
We can then directly embroider that image onto almost any item from tops and shorts to bags and hats.
We have two large machines, each with 8 or 12 embroidery heads meaning we can produce orders quickly.
Prices for Embroidery
There is a minimum quantity of 8 items per an order for embroidery.
The first time we run a logo or design, there is a cost to create the embroidery file which is €35.
The prices below include VAT at 23%
Small Embroidery
Up to 100mm in size
- On tops, beanies or bags €3.50 per embroidery
- On baseball caps €4.50 per embroidery
- Personalised Initials embroidery, €4.50 each
- Personalised Names embroidery, €6.50 each
Medium Size Embroidery
Up to A5 size (150mm x 210mm)
- €7.00 per embroidery
Large Embroidery
For chest or back, max. 210 x 240mm
- Depending on the stitch count, this can cost between €12 and €18 per each embroidery
How do I place an order?

Logo / Design
We will need your logo or design in high resolution image. Jpeg is fine however for proofing/visuals, a vector or transparent PNG is better.

Email us
Send your logo/design and details about your order to orders@visualprint.ie. We'll need to know the quantity, style and colour of garment and what embroidery position you would like.

Proofing
Our team will send you a quotation and if accepted, a digital proof to show how it will look when finished. It's important to approve your proof otherwise no embroidery will go ahead!

Garments
If we are supplying the garments then we'll ensure we have all the correct details from you. If you are supplying your own garments, you'll need to arrange to leave these in with us.

Order Duration
Our typical lead time for printing orders is 9 to 12 working days. We will email you once your order is ready for either collection or shipping.

Payment
You can either pay at the point of collecting the order, or if we are shipping it you can pay over the phone or by bank transfer.
