We are operating and fulfilling orders
While our premises is closed to the public, we are fulfilling and shipping orders. You can submit your orders by email and we are rolling out online ordering for all our services.
This is a difficult time for everyone but we are open for business with essential staff on-site to take care of all orders. We have implemented the appropriate safety procedures for our staff and customers and can accept deliveries.

Frequently Asked Questions
Order Lead Times
Our usual lead time is 5 to 7 working days.
During busy periods for our embroidery department, this can sometimes increase to 9 working days.
The guide lead times above apply from the date your order is confirmed.
We can generally accommodate urgent orders. Email our Sales Team at email@example.com and they can advise you.
Embroidery and printing onto garments is more complex than paper printing. For this reason, our team need to have the following information before they can provide an accurate quotation:
- Copy of the design / artwork
- Process (e.g. print or embroidery)
- Date the order is required
All our pricing is available on this website however we always recommend getting a quotation from us. This is because we offer several different application processes, which all have different pricing ranges. The application process we decide to use is determined by the quantity and the specific design involved.
Printing onto Garments
We must have what is called Vector Format artwork for printing onto clothing. This can be provided by your Graphic Designer and typically will be saved in file types like PDF, Illustrator, EPS or SVG.
If you are not sure whether or not your artwork is suitable, you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Team will give you advice.
For embroidery, we can accept almost any type of file. However it must be high resolution enough for our digitiser to be able to create an embroidery file from it. For example, poor quality or very small JPEGs often do not yield a particularly good file.
Supplying Your Own Clothing
You don’t have to choose clothing from our store, all our customers are welcome to bring in their own clothing for printing or embroidery. For any items such as bags, rucksacks etc. we would recommend you email our Team to ensure the item is suitable for branding.
All orders can be collected from our warehouse in Bray. We also offer a shipping service via GLS which costs €10 per box/parcel. Simply request this at the time of ordering and our Team will provide you with tracking details.
We keep the details and artwork from each order in our secure archive server. This means that you can request a repeat order at any time.
Order Setup Costs
Any orders which involve screen printing or embroidery come with an initial setup cost:
- Screen Printing: €20 + VAT per colour and position
- Repeat Screen Printing: €10 + VAT per colour and position
- Embroidery: €30 + VAT per design
- Repeat Embroidery: no setup cost
Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation
Returns & Refunds
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days and we will offer a replacement or refund.
Items that have been customised may not be returned or refunded if there is not a fault with the customisation or item (if item is sold by Visual Print).
Each order is processed for production 1 to 2 days after the order has been placed. If you cancel your order after 2 working days, it will incur any relevant setup cost (e.g. for embroidery or screen setups).
