Printing onto Clothing & Accessories

Printing onto fabric is very different from printing onto paper. At Visual Print we have a range of different processes on-site and how we choose which one to use depends on several factors such as the quantity, type of garment and the level of detail + colours in the print design.

Below are the specific services we offer, how much they cost and which types of orders they would apply to. However because it can be specific to your design, its always best to get a final cost confirmation from our design team.

Screen Printing
Screen Printing

A high quality method of directly printing the design onto clothing and ideal for large volume orders. Available for up to 7 colours per design, with a minimum order per the number of ink colours.

Suitable for:

  • Orders over 24 items (1 colour print)
  • Large Production Orders
  • Tops, tote bags, aprons and jackets
  • Designs up to 7 colours

Transfer Prints
Heat Sealed Transfers

The design is printed and cut from a high quality vinyl material and heat sealed onto the clothing or other accessories (hats, bags etc.). Ideal for almost all designs including photographs.

Suitable for:

  • Order quantities less than 200 items
  • Single or Full Colour Designs
  • Can be applied to almost any item (tops, bags, hats)

Not suitable for:

  • Grunge or distressed style designs

Dye Sublimation
Dye Sublimation

High quality, durable full colour (including photographs) print onto white, specially made clothing and materials. The ink is converted to gas via heat and embedded directly into the fabric/material.

Suitable for:

  • Small and large orders
  • Clothing that is white and 100% polyester
  • Other dye sub products (mugs, mousemats etc.)
  • Any design/colour(s)

Not suitable for:

  • Cotton or blended materials
  • Clothing or items that is not white
