For great printing/embroidery results we need good artwork to work with – We can accept Jpegs (300DPI), adobe photoshop files, PDF, Illustrator (300DPI), all via email – We will check that they are suitable for printing.
Our usual lead time is 7 to 10 working days, however if you need your order by a specific date we can usually accommodate short turn arounds. Its best to contact our team with your date and we will advise you on whether or not it is achievable.
You can supply your own and you can also order clothing on our webstore (click here), from our webstore you can opt to have the clothing delivered to you first (a good idea if you are not sure about sizing) or you can have it directly sent to us from the webstore. Our webstore is stocked by UK clothing supplier Ralawise and we can also take clothing orders from Caramba (in Ireland) or any supplier of your choice.
This depends on what type of decoration you are ordering.
For screen printing, the minium order is 20 items. This is because of the level of setup involved in preparing a screen print run. Where necessary we can screen print less than 20 items however there is a minimum setup charge on small runs of €60.00.
For all our other methods of printing there is no minimum order.
For embroidery, while there is no minimum it is cheaper to embroider at least 10 items per order.
For items that have been printed or embroidered, it is not possible to return items unless there is a fault with the print or embroidery. It is however the responsibility of the customer to ensure their own artwork/design is correct before it goes to print or embroidery and for new orders we will supply a visual for approval before we go to production.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, a full refund will be issued, when all goods are received back in visual print.
