What is a Trade Customer?
A trade customer is a reseller, i.e. they are handling and placing orders for a third party customer. Usually our trade customers are either marketing / advertising agencies or printers / print brokers.
What do I need to apply as a Trade Customer
You will need to be a business or company registered in Ireland, whose orders will be for third party customers.
For your application, we just need your contact details.
Before placing your first order, you will need to supply a valid VAT number.
Trade Order Requirements
For each order you submit, we need to be given information as follows by email:
- Date the order is required
- Date stock is arriving / and supplier
- If using our stock, please specify a list of product codes, colours and sizes
- Process required (e.g. embroidery/screen/etc.)
Typically trade customers supply us with vector artwork however we offer a service for re-drawing where needed.
